Lincoln Navigator: Seatbelt Systems / Second Row Seatbelt Buckle. Removal and Installation
Removal
NOTE:

Left-hand (LH) shown, right-hand (RH) similar.

Remove the second row seat.
Refer to: Second Row Seat (501-10B Second Row Seats, Removal and Installation).

Position the second row seat to access the side shield screw.

Pull the release handle.
-
Partially fold the seat.
-
Remove the second row seat recline cover screw.
-
Fold the second row seat.
-
Remove the second row seat recline cover.
-
Remove the second row seatbelt buckle.
-
Detach and disconnect the electrical connector.
-
Remove the bolt.
Torque:
30 lb.ft (40 Nm)
Installation
NOTE:
During installation, make sure the seatbelt webbing is not
twisted and the seatbelts and buckles are accessible to the occupants.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Check the seatbelt system for correct operation.
