Lincoln Navigator: Interior Trim and Ornamentation / Liftgate Trim Panel. Removal and Installation

Removal

1. Release the clips and remove the liftgate upper middle trim panel.
   

1. NOTE: LH shown, RH similar.

   On both sides.
   Release the clips and remove the liftgate side trim panel.
   

1. Release the tabs and remove the liftgate handle bolt cover.
   

1. Remove the liftgate handle bolts.
   

1. Release the liftgate trim panel clips.
   

1. 
   Remove the liftgate trim panel.
   
   1. Lift upward on the liftgate trim panel.
      
   2. Disconnect the liftgate interior light electrical connector.
      
   3. If equipped.
      Disconnect the power liftgate switch electrical connector.
      

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
   
   • Transfer parts as necessary.
