Remove the ACM .

Remove the glove compartment door and glove compartment storage bin.
Refer to: Glove Compartment (501-12 Instrument Panel and Console, Removal and Installation).

Disconnect the electrical connector and separate the wiring guide.

Disconnect the electrical connector.

Separate the wiring guides, the splitter module and remove the satellite radio/GPS splitter/cable.
Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
