Removal

Remove the rear bumper cover.
Refer to: Rear Bumper Cover (501-19 Bumpers, Removal and Installation).

Disconnect the electrical connector, disengage the retainers from trailer hitch and position aside the wiring harness.

1. Remove the trailer hitch bolts.
  Torque: 203 lb.ft (275 Nm)
1. Remove the trailer hitch retainers.
1. Remove the trailer hitch.

Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
