Lincoln Navigator: Full Frame and Body Mounting / Trailer Hitch. Removal and Installation
Removal
NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

Remove the rear bumper cover.
Refer to: Rear Bumper Cover (501-19 Bumpers, Removal and Installation).

Disconnect the electrical connector, disengage the
retainers from trailer hitch and position aside the wiring harness.

Remove the trailer hitch bolts.
Torque: 203 lb.ft (275 Nm)

Remove the trailer hitch retainers.

Remove the trailer hitch.

Remove the trailer hitch bolts.
 |
Installation
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Removal
Restore the vehicle to manufacturer's dimensions if required...
