Lincoln Navigator: Body Closures / Front Door Weatherstrip. Removal and Installation

Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

NOTE: LH side shown RH side similar.

1. Open the front door.
   

1. Remove the check arm bolt.
   Torque: 17 lb.ft (23 Nm)

1. NOTICE: Take extra care not to damage the clips.

   Release the clips and remove the front door weatherstrip.
   Remove the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
