Lincoln Navigator: Interior Trim and Ornamentation / Front Door Trim Panel. Removal and Installation

Special Tool(s) / General Equipment

Removal

1. 
   Release the clip and remove the sail panel trim panel.
   
   • If equipped.
     Disconnect the front door tweeter speaker electrical connector.
     Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover

1. Release the clips and remove the door handle trim cover.
   Use the General Equipment: Pick Hook

1. Remove the front door trim panel bolts.
   

1. Remove the front door trim panel lower bolts.
   

1. Release the front door trim panel clips.
   

1. 
   Remove the front door trim panel.
   
   1. Lift upward and outward on the front door trim panel.
      
   2. Release the tab and disconnect the interior front door handle cable.
      
   3. Disconnect the front door trim panel wiring harness electrical connector.
      

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
   
   • Transfer parts as necessary.
