Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

1. Release the clips and remove the FDIM bracket cover.
   Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover

1. Remove the bolt and disconnect the LVDS connector.
   Torque: 80 lb.in (9 Nm)

1. Remove the center register trim panel.
   Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover

1. Remove the bolts and position the FDIM and center register forward as an assembly.
   Torque: 22 lb.in (2.5 Nm)

1. On both top and bottom of the center register.
   Release the clips and position the FDIM off the center register.
   

1. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the center register.
   

1. Remove the FDIM .
   

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
