Lincoln Navigator: Seatbelt Systems / Third Row Single Seat Seatbelt Buckle. Removal and Installation
Removal
NOTE:

Remove the third row single seat.
Refer to: Third Row Seat (501-10C Third Row Seats, Removal and Installation).

Remove the third row single seat seatbelt buckle.

If equipped.
Detach the wiring harness retainer.

If equipped.
Detach and disconnect the electrical connector.

Remove the bolt.
Torque:
30 lb.ft (40 Nm)
Installation
NOTE:
During installation, make sure the seatbelt webbing is not
twisted and the seatbelts and buckles are accessible to the occupants.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Check the seatbelt system for correct operation.

Bring the engine to normal operating temperature. Connect
the Vacuum/Pressure Tester to the intake manifold. Run the engine at the
specified idle speed.
The vacuum gauge should read between 51-74 kPa (15-22 in-Hg)
depending upon the engine condition and the altitude at which the test
is conducted. Subtract 4.0193 kPa (1 in-Hg) from the specified reading
for every..
