Lincoln Navigator: Glass, Frames and Mechanisms / Rear Door Glass Top Run. Removal and Installation

Removal

NOTE: LH side shown, RH side similar.

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

1. Remove the rear door window glass.
   Refer to: Rear Door Window Glass (501-11 Glass, Frames and Mechanisms, Removal and Installation).
   

1. Remove the adhesive tape cover.
   

1. Remove the bolt from the rear door glass top run.
   Torque: 71 lb.in (8 Nm)

1. Remove the screw from the rear door glass top run.
   Torque: 8 lb.in (0.9 Nm)

1. 
   Remove the rear door glass top run.
   
   1. Remove the rear door glass top run the door frame channel.
      
   2. Remove the rear door glass top run the door frame channel.
      
   3. Remove the rear door glass top run the door frame channel.
      
   4. Remove the rear door glass top run.
      

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
   

1. Carry out the power door window initialization.
