Lincoln Navigator: Front Seats / Front Seat Track. Removal and Installation
Removal
NOTE:
Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

Remove the front seat backrest.
Refer to: Front Seat Backrest (501-10A Front Seats, Removal and Installation).

Remove the front seatbelt buckle.
Refer to: Front Seatbelt Buckle (501-20A Seatbelt Systems, Removal and Installation).

Remove the front seat cushion extension adjuster.
Refer to: Front Seat Cushion Extension Adjuster (501-10A Front Seats, Removal and Installation).

Remove the seat position sensor.
Refer to: Seat Position Sensor (501-20B Supplemental Restraint System, Removal and Installation).
Installation
All seats

NOTE:
Transfer components to the new front seat track as necessary.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Seats with memory

NOTE:
This step is only necessary when installing a new component.
Operate the seat in all directions through the full
range of travel to set soft stops on all memory controlled functions and
avoid a premature stopping point occurrence after the vehicle is
returned to the customer.
