Removal

NOTE: LH shown, RH similar.

  1. Remove the front door trim panel.
    Refer to: Front Door Trim Panel (501-05 Interior Trim and Ornamentation, Removal and Installation).
  1. Disconnect the front seat control switch and speaker electrical connectors.
  1. Remove the bolts and the HVAC air duct.

  1. Remove the front seat control switch and bezel.
    1. Detach the speaker electrical connector.
    1. Remove the screws.
  1. Remove the screws and the front seat control switch.

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

    Activation

    NOTICE: Suspension fasteners are critical parts that affect the performance of vital components and systems. Failure of these fasteners may result in major service expense. Use the same or equivalent parts if replacement is necessary. Do not use a replacement part of lesser quality or substitute design. Tighten fasteners as specified.

    Using alignment equipment and the manufacturer's instructions, measure the rear camber.
