Lincoln Navigator: Front End Body Panels / Cowl Panel Grille. Removal and Installation
Removal
Both sides
-
Remove the wiper pivot arm.
Refer to: Windshield Wiper Pivot Arm (501-16 Wipers and Washers, Removal and Installation).
LH side
-
Lift the cowl trim panel to release the underside pin-type retainers.

Disconnect the windshield washer tube and remove the cowl panel grille.
 |
RH side
-
Lift the cowl trim panel to release the underside pin-type retainers.
 |
-
Disconnect and detach the windshield washer tube and remove the cowl panel grille.
 |
Installation
-
To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Engine Front Undershield. Removal and Installation

If equipped,
Remove the bolts and the underbody skid plate.
Torque:
30 lb.ft (40 Nm)
