Removal

Remove the fuel tank.
Refer to: Fuel Tank (310-01 Fuel Tank and Lines - 3.5L EcoBoost (272kW/370PS), Removal and Installation).

Disconnect the EVAP quick connect coupling.
Refer to: Quick Release Coupling (310-00)

Release the hose routing clips and remove the EVAP blocking valve.
Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Activation
Phase 1 - Leak Verification
Run the EVAP Test with the scan tool.
NOTE:
Some small leaks may not be detected using the EVAP Test...

The BCM
controls various systems by monitoring inputs from switches, sensors
and network messages from other modules. Based on these inputs received,
the BCM activates outputs. For example, the BCM monitors the headlamp
switch position and based on this input, the BCM may provide voltage to
turn the exterior lamps on...
