Lincoln Navigator: Electronic Engine Controls - 3.5L EcoBoost (272kW/370PS) / Turbocharger Bypass Valve. Removal and Installation
Removal
NOTE:
When removing any turbocharger air intake system
components, make sure to cover any open ports to prevent debris from
entering the system. The turbocharger compressor vanes can be damaged by
even the smallest particles. All components need to be inspected and
cleaned prior to installation or reassembly.

With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.

Release the clip and disconnect the CAC outlet pipe.

Disconnect the quick connect coupling at the turbocharger bypass valve.
Refer to: Quick Release Coupling (310-00)

Disconnect the electrical connector, remove the retainers and the turbocharger bypass valve.
Torque:
53 lb.in (6 Nm)

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
