Lincoln Navigator: Second Row Seats / Second Row Single Seat Armrest. Removal and Installation
Removal

Unzip the second row single seat armrest cover.

Remove the second row single seat armrest.
-
Invert the single seat armrest cover to access the armrest pivot bolt.
-
Remove the bolt.
Torque: 33 lb.ft (45 Nm)

Invert the single seat armrest cover to access the armrest pivot bolt.
 |
Installation
-
To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Preliminary Inspection
Visually inspect the CV joints, housing, boots, and clamps for obvious signs of mechanical damage.If an obvious cause for an observed or reported concern is found, correct the cause (if possible) before proceeding to the next step
If the cause is not visually evident, verify the symptom and REFER to Symptom Chart: NVH.
