Removal

Release the fuel system pressure.
Refer to: Fuel System Pressure Release (310-00 Fuel System - General
Information - 3.5L EcoBoost (272kW/370PS), General Procedures).

Remove the intake manifold.
Refer to: Intake Manifold (303-01 Engine - 3.5L EcoBoost (272kW/370PS), Removal and Installation).

Disconnect the FRP sensor electrical connector.

Remove the FRP sensor.
Torque:
24 lb.ft (33 Nm)
Installation

NOTE:
Lubricate the thread area of the new FRP sensor with clean engine oil prior to installation.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.

All vehicles
With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.
