Lincoln Navigator: Electronic Engine Controls - 3.5L EcoBoost (272kW/370PS) / Fuel Rail Pressure (FRP) Sensor. Removal and Installation
Removal

Release the fuel system pressure.
Refer to: Fuel System Pressure Release (310-00 Fuel System - General Information - 3.5L EcoBoost (272kW/370PS), General Procedures).

Remove the intake manifold.
Refer to: Intake Manifold (303-01 Engine - 3.5L EcoBoost (272kW/370PS), Removal and Installation).

Disconnect the FRP sensor electrical connector.

Remove the FRP sensor.
Torque: 24 lb.ft (33 Nm)

Disconnect the FRP sensor electrical connector.

Installation

NOTE: Lubricate the thread area of the new FRP sensor with clean engine oil prior to installation.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
